VERY IMPORTANT:
Hotel reservations made through other means will not be eligible for the preferential rate or the event rate. The hotel will charge an additional $100 USD per day for reservations made through other means and $198 USD per day for participants not staying at the hotel. We recommend securing your room in advance.
